Radialpoint
Marketing, Branding, UX, and Web Development
Radialpoint offered a broad range of cybersecurity software products. Its business model was innovative for its time — rather than being sold directly to consumers like Norton or Symantec, Radialpoint’s software was distributed through major Internet service providers such as Bell, Virgin, Verizon, AT&T, and Videotron.
From 2006 to 2010, I worked at Radialpoint as a Creative Producer. My responsibilities included designing interfaces for multiple software products, creating interactive presentation tools for clients and user feedback sessions, and developing numerous corporate websites and visual materials related to digital security awareness.
1. Brand Identity
When I joined the company, Radialpoint was undergoing a full rebrand. I had the opportunity to contribute directly to the creation of the new logo and was later tasked with developing the corporate brand application guide.
I also ensured consistent application of the brand identity across all departments — including programming, accounting, human resources, and marketing — to maintain a unified visual and tonal presence throughout the organization.
2. Website
My first major assignment at Radialpoint was to design and build a new corporate website aligned with the company’s evolving identity. Once the new site launched, I continued to oversee its maintenance, updates, and content development, ensuring that the digital experience accurately reflected the professionalism and innovation of the brand.
3. Marketing
I was responsible for producing all marketing visuals and materials – supporting campaigns aimed at existing clients, potential partners, and end-users of our clients’ services. This included digital ads, presentation decks, infographics, and printed collateral, all designed to communicate trust and technological expertise.
4. Software Development
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role was the creative freedom I had to conceptualize potential new software services that Radialpoint’s partners could resell.
I would first develop visual concepts and interactive Flash prototypes, often working closely with executives and the sales team to explore different iterations and test user reactions. These exercises helped the company visualize future product opportunities and align design innovation with business objectives.
