Portek

Direction Marketing et Direction Créative

Portek is a company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial and residential automatic doors.

Before my involvement, the company already had a logo and a basic website, but its overall brand identity was weak and lacked coherence. Following a recommendation from one of their business partners, Portek approached me to completely overhaul the company’s visual presence and rebuild what had been done during its initial launch.

1. Brand Identity

The visual identity was entirely reimagined from the ground up. The owner had two clear requirements to guide the redesign process; 1 &ndash The primary colour had to be green; and 2 – The logo needed to incorporate the letters “E” and “A,” representing the initials of his children’s names.

These constraints became the foundation for a clean, professional brand that balanced modernity, warmth, and technical credibility.

2. Website

The website was completely redesigned, with most of the existing written content retained to minimize costs. Each page was structured following a “landing page” model to maximize conversions and encourage visitors to request a free quote.

The results spoke for themselves: after the redesign, user engagement improved dramatically, and quote requests multiplied several times over. The site’s new structure, paired with clear messaging and refined visuals, positioned Portek as a trustworthy and established player in its industry.

3. Marketing

By emphasizing the key message – “Free, no-obligation quotes delivered in under 24 hours” – we significantly improved conversion rates and reduced customer acquisition costs.

This simple but effective positioning allowed the company to better manage its SEM budget and drastically lower overall marketing expenses, while simultaneously increasing qualified leads.
