Billets.ca is Quebec’s leading ticket marketplace, where buyers and sellers can securely exchange tickets for concerts, shows, and sporting events. I have been working with the company as Creative Director since 2010. My primary mandate has been to oversee the user experience and ensure a strong, consistent brand image.

In recent years, I led a complete brand overhaul — creating a refreshed visual identity, redesigning the entire website, and developing clean, engaging visuals aimed at building simplicity, confidence, and trust between customers and the company.

Today, the brand has reached a level of maturity that positions it for expansion across the rest of Canada and into the U.S. market. To support this growth, I developed detailed seating plans for hundreds of venues, and also wrote user support content and company presentation materials.

1. Brand Identity

Billets.ca provides fans with a reliable and secure online environment to buy tickets for the events they want to see, and an easy, transparent way to resell their tickets when they can’t attend.

Since 2010, I have been responsible for every touchpoint that connects users to the brand — not only traditional graphic design, but also web design and front-end integration, the creation of the marketplace platform itself, and the collaborative design and development of the seat map system.

2. Website

The Billets.ca website is currently undergoing a complete rebuild — every component, every interaction, every line of code is being rethought and rewritten from the ground up. The goal is to offer the most seamless and frictionless purchase experience in the ticketing industry, with special attention to users on mobile devices.

This process is complex, as the old and new versions coexist temporarily during the transition period. At this stage, the brand’s digital infrastructure is ready to scale across Canada and eventually into the U.S. market.

To enable that expansion, I developed and directed a full suite of interactive seating charts for hundreds of venues, working closely with and training an external production team to ensure quality and consistency.

3. Marketing

Since joining the team in 2010, I have produced countless marketing campaigns promoting artists, themed sales, and corporate initiatives. Working alongside our SEM specialist, I’ve optimized content, refined ad strategy, and adjusted creative direction to increase site traffic and drive measurable growth in ticket sales.
