Bell Centre
Architectural Photography
This HDR photograph of the Bell Centre was taken before the construction of the Canadiens towers and the many new buildings that now surround it. The image captures a cleaner, more open era of the cityscape – one that highlights the arena’s architectural presence in downtown Montreal.
I spent many hours manually composing and blending multiple exposures to create a realistic and balanced HDR image. Every imperfection, reflection, and extraneous detail was carefully removed to produce a natural yet meticulously polished result.
The final photograph conveys both technical precision and emotional resonance – an image that not only documents a place, but preserves a moment in Montreal’s visual history before its urban transformation.
